At KOMODO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the eco-friendly mailer is properly sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
